節前未出貨的客戶
有些客戶的定金或者款項早就打過去了，
因為過年停產停工的原因遲遲沒有收到貨物，而且對於貨物的需求也非著急。
這樣的客戶，肯定不希望自己收到的郵件內容僅僅是復工通知，
會更加迫切地想知道什麼時候生產，什麼時候能收到貨。
因此，針對這種客戶，最好先和工廠溝通，問清楚具體什麼時候可以出貨，然後在郵件中明確告知客戶。
如果時間不確定，就說出一個大概的時間，
總而言之安撫客戶焦灼的小心靈。
